The company ÅF – Hansen & Henneberg was established in 1957 and has existed in its current form as a public limited liability company since 1989. ÅF- Hansens & Henneberg is the spearhead of the Swedish ÅF Groups in Denmark. The ÅF Group owns 80 % of the share capital. The remaining 20 % are evenly distributed among the two directors of the company Per Gudum and Per Seidelin.
