WIND FARMS:

Connecting wind farms to the public electric power distribution network is a special field of competence in ÅF – Hansen & Henneberg. Our knowledge on this subject covers e.g. planning and design of network connections, determination of electrical specifications for windmills and making contractual agreements with net operators.

We have for example worked on Sprogø Offshore Wind Farm, Horns Rev 2 in Denmark and Barrow Offshore Wind Farm in England.
